Your primary objective: Make sure the time clients spend at Move Better Fitness is the best hour of their day.
Coaching: Lead small group sessions, ensuring clients receive expert guidance and encouragement.
Programming: Contribute to and deliver customized programming to meet client needs.
Accountability & Retention: Build strong relationships with clients to keep them engaged and motivated.
Internal Marketing: Assist with internal marketing efforts to support business growth.

Hands-On Coaching Experience: Work alongside our expert coaches in small group sessions, learning how to deliver personalized training and support.
